Use our band pins on any rack to add progressive resistance to your workouts.
Using a set of pins and resistance bands on your rack allows you to loop the bands at one end of the pins, and attach the other end to your barbell, creating variable resistance.
Depending on your type of rack and where you install the pins, you can add positive or negative resistance to your bar.
