We offer free shipping on all orders over $5,000, regardless of the size, weight, or type of equipment. This includes heavy items such as power racks, squat racks, barbells, weight plates, and cable machines.

Orders under $5,000 are shipped using standard or freight shipping rates based on item size and destination.

To ensure the fastest shipping possible, we have a 15-minute window to cancel or modify an order after it’s placed. Once this window passes, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and cannot be changed.

Orders that include custom products or custom logos cannot be cancelled once production has started. Because these items are made specifically for you, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the current status of the order.

If a cancellation request is submitted before production begins, we will do our best to accommodate it. Once production or customization is underway, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Custom orders, custom logo items, and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. For freight shipments (racks/weights), the carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery time so you can be there to receive your equipment.
