Have used this belt for over a year now and it is perfect. I feel like I will be able to use this belt for years. I have added hundreds of pounds to my total in the last year and this belt holds up every training session. Would definitely recommend even if you decide to get the latch version instead of double prong
The collars are amazing. Only thing holding them back from 5 stars is that they aren't rated for getting dropped doing Olympic lifts. Company is awesome, stands behind their products if anything goes wrong.

I couldn't figure out why these were so tight, then I realized my old knee sleeves are almost 15 years old! These are so snug! What a difference they make.
I think I regretted my order for the first 10 minutes until I got the positioning right. For pressing put the weights to the front, not the side. They are on a swivel, so the risk of getting pinched is real when moving them around.

Work great so far, look solid. The last pair started to fray after a few weeks of deadlifting no more than twice a week. Iron Bull immediately offered a replacement. Let's see how these ones hold up!
Fantastic belt . great fit, well designed , provides the support this 67 year old man needs to perform squats , deadlifts and presses. I have waited for a long time to find a quality belt and I am super happy that I made the purchase .
Excellent uprights for use with my BPF VTS. They arrived in excellent condition. Well packed. I wish I could have seen the shipping details because it was in a “black hole “ for one month. It took 4 months for delivery from order date. Glad I ordered these. Love them. 1” and 5/8” on all 4 sides. I think all uprights should be line this to enable maximum attachment flexibility. Floor mount plates are a necessary item for uprights. I would not install uprights without these.
The belt is awesome. Sturdy construction and simple to fit. The folks at Iron Bull were fantastic to deal with and super helpful even when I had to do an exchange.
Like all things Iron Bull, these are a must have in my home gym arsenal. Great way to power through that shoulder impingement as well.
