How to size and wear a shred belt?

Sizing guide for shred belt:

Locate your waist.

Unlike with clothing, the waist size for a weightlifting belt isn't necessarily your pants size. The belt needs to cover your abdominal area and lower back for proper support.

Determine your waist measurement: Use a flexible measuring tape to measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight, and parallel to the floor.

Select from the sizing chart.

Refer to the sizing chart provided. Sizes may vary between models, so it's important to consult the specific chart for the Shred Belt Original. Match your waist measurement with the corresponding size on the chart. If you fall between sizes, it's generally recommended to choose the larger size.

How to wear & use:

You should wear the Shred Belt Xtreme prior and during any form of exercise and/or any physical activity:

  1. Position the Shred Belt Xtreme around your waist, ensuring that the red area of the belt is in direct contact with your body.
  2. Tighten all the straps securely so the red area of the belt remains firmly against your skin.
  3. It may take approximately 30 minutes for the Shred Belt Xtreme to reach its maximum performance temperature.
  4. Wear the belt according to your personal heat tolerance. It is recommended not to exceed 8 hours of continuous usage within a 24-hour period.
  5. If you do not feel any heat from the belt, try increasing your body's temperature by engaging in exercises such as crunches or other physical activities. Alternatively, you can lightly dampen a cloth and pass it over the red area of the belt to accelerate the activation process.
  6. Always prioritize your safety. If you experience any discomfort or find the heating effect unbearable, promptly remove the belt.
  7. Safety Warning: It is crucial to wear the belt within your comfort level regarding heat. Avoid using it for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or are unable to tolerate the heating effect.
