These are the first pair of knee sleeves I’ve bought and worn. I was a little worried about the sizing and ordering a pair that’s too small/big. These fit well though. They are a little big around my knees because I have larger quads/calves. The support is really good even with them being a little big. These have been super easy to put on and take off. I’ve used these 3 times for squats and some lunges and I can tell they help me squat better. These are not a replacement for strengthening the weak areas but more of a tool to help lift more safer. There is a lingering smell with them that I can’t seem to get rid of. I’ve tried washing them with warm water and soap but they still have a funny smell. Doesn’t change how well they work. One of the best purchases I have made for my lifting journey. Great quality for a good price.

Been dealing with knee issues the last several months. Decided to try the 7mm knee sleeves for the first time. Excellent and what I liked the most besides the support was the fact I could wear them for the entire workout without removing. Used them for all leg exercises!!!!
