These are great to get my clients squatting better ranges more easily right away.

These wedges are perfect to pop in a gym bag. Light and durable. The single wedge really allows a lot of diverse use for different exercises.

I wasn't sure if they were what I was looking for exactly but took a shot and ordered them. They are fantastic! Great feel, nice and light, and a good amount of elevation.

Love my new squat wedges. My wife who has bad ankle mobility is able to go parallel deep now on her squats. I am able to get a better foot position and push off much better than using plates or 2x4. Highly recommend.

These are made well there’s no denying that but I’m not going to sit here and say like other reviews,”These are so amazing because of this or that blah blah blah”. Here is the truth…they’re made well yes it’s no denying that. But unless you have the perfect placement measured out on your floor it’s never That easy to get them evenly set before you squat or deadlift. Plus if you train on any kind of gym mats they will slide sometimes depending on how you use them or how heavy you lift. I never used them on solid ground/cement floor so I can’t say for that kind of flooring. For the ones thinking,” Oh he must not be using them right then”… I am these are just overrated. Quality is still up there but..there’s room for improvement.
